However the laboratories and test-rooms are the controlling subjects of the production process for the proper foundry, they offer their free capacity to the external customers too. The test field is focused on the analysis of metal materials, mechanical tests, structure analysis and analysis of the internal and external quality. We also offer the consulting in materials – proposal in materials used, their foreign equivalents and applied thermal treatment. Analysis of damage of tools and components. On the basis of our wide experience we offer a large range of service and are able to offer you a comprehensive solution of the problem submitted.
Quality system
In the laboratories and test rooms is being used a quality system conforming the requirements of ČSN EN ISO/IEC 17 025. All the measuring instruments used are periodically compared to calibres. Our effort is to utilise the maximum of the international operative ISO and EN methods or at least the ČSN ones above all.
Certification of the staff working in sector of non-destructive tests is performed in accordance with ČSN EN 473 and in system KCS 201 for the non-standard specific tests.
The used test methods are periodically controlled, in house and externally as well. For 10 years our laboratories and the test rooms participate also in international conformity tests organized by ČIA (Czech Institution for Accreditation) for every single method. Upon the results achieved, the international certificates have been given to our laboratories and test rooms.

Equipments
The testing equipment is mostly from the well-known foreign producers and is continuously updated and innovated. Reference materials are from czech and foreign producers. Preparation of test samples is provided by the proper means.
Test documentation
The test certificates are made out in conformity with ČSN EN 10 204. On customer request are these available also in foreign language.
